How much time the entire incorporation procedure of the Dutch BV will take, depends on various factors. Collecting the required information and documentation in the home country can be time-consuming. However, the entire procedure can already be performed within one week. Processing all the identification requirements and, if necessary,  opening a bank account can take a week. The civil notary can draw up a draft of a deed of incorporation within a few days.
